This is included with our home care service based on our commitment to patient safety!

No one can predict when one might need help, but with the proper use of the medical alert
system we will provide each patient with the ability to call for help with the push of a button!
Benefits of this service include the following:

• Lightweight button that can be worn as a pendant or wristband which activates the
  medical alarm automatically placing a call for assistance.
• Trained emergency operators are available 24 hours a day and will be speaking with
  the patient directly through a built in 2-way speaker.
• The emergency operator will immediately have the patient’s information displayed and
  will contact the needed help.
• The operator can stay on the line with the patient until help arrives and can also
  contact a neighbor or family member.
• Set up is easy! The device comes pre-programmed and ready to use.
• The alarm console plugs into any telephone wall jack.
